About Hank
Hank and several pasture mates were removed from a negligent home and placed with BEHS. He was emaciated when he arrived, but his eyes were still bright and he was a fighter! Once rehabbed, he started to show some lameness issues and when he moved into his final foster home, he also started to lose his sight. His foster family decided he needed the security of a forever home, so they decided to officially adopted Hank, or Papa as they call him.
Evaluation and Training
Hank is a sweet old guy who loves foals and is easy to work around. Because of his reduced vision and lameness issues, he's available for adoption only as a pet/companion.
