About Jack Black
Jack was removed from negligent owners and placed with BEHS. He's blind in one eye, but that didn't bother his foster home. After having him for nearly a year, she decided that she couldn't let him go and adopted him!
Evaluation and Training
Jack is halter broke, leads and loads well (despite being in a trailering accident). He's so quiet that it is easy to forget that he's missing an eye.
He's a sweet horse who appears to have no training. His foster home has sat on him bareback but says he didn't seem to know what to do and just sniffed her shoe and rested his head on her foot.
Since he's young, sweet and quiet he should be easy to train. He would be a wonderful trail or pleasure horse.
