About Billy the Kid
Billy the Kid was found estray by the sheriff's department. When his owners could not be located, the county turned him over to BEHS. Billy the Kid came into BEHS last year - a wild donkey who had been discovered estray. His foster home worked to gain his trust, and finally he has found an adopter! Congrats to Billy the Kid & Laura! And thank you to Tracy and Dana who played important roles in his life with BEHS!

Billy the Kid is a standard sized donkey. He is not halter broke and is leery of people. He may do well as a livestock guardian or he could be a pet to a lonely horse.
