About Lil Petra
Lil Petra, her sire and dam, and several other horses came to BEHS from a neglect case. Lil Petra was only a few months old, but she had been born with contracted foal syndrome. She could not walk well, had trouble breathing, and had trouble eating. Her problems were not fixable, and she was suffering. So we sadly let her cross the Rainbow Bridge.
