About Skitook
Skitook was removed from negligent owners by law enforcement and placed with BEHS by the courts. Skitook grew into a lovely and colorful horse. He caught his adopter's eye. Congrats to Skitook and his new family!
Evaluation and Training
Although Skitook wasn’t halter broke when he arrived, he quickly learned to lead, load, and stand for grooming and farrier work. His foster home has taught him to carry a saddle and wear a bridle, and she’s started him under saddle. He’s walking and trotting well with a rider now, and he’s a great age to continue training! He’s going to make someone an awesome horse.
