About Courtney
Courtney arrived at BEHS just before Christmas along with three other horses. She was emaciated, but she seemed to have a strong spirit. A week later, she crashed and was rushed to an equine hospital. She was diagnosed with salmonella and treated, but she could not recover. Her emaciated condition made it hard for her to continue fighting, and we had to make the decision to let her go.
