About Chachi
Chachi was found estray and placed with BEHS. Chachi was adopted in 2013 as a pet and companion. He was returned in 2014 through no fault of his. He moved to a foster home who enjoyed having him – he’s quite a character and charmer! He was adopted to a be a pet and companion. His foster home will miss him, but he’s lucky to have a home of his own!
Evaluation and Training
Chachi is a cute, sweet and funny donkey. He knows how to lead, and he gets along well with his foster home's dog and horses. He's also been out with cattle and does fine with them. So far, he has shown no signs of being a good livestock/guard donkey, though, as he tends to ignore dogs.
He leads fairly well, although he can learn to improve. He likes people and attention! He could be trained to drive (for children).
