About Rex
Rex was removed from negligent owners and placed with BEHS. While rehabilitating him, his foster home fell in love with him. She adopted him and plans to use him for trail riding with her family. He was rehomed later to become a trail horse, but an occasional lameness left him unsuitable for that job. That's ok, though, as he met a family who just wants a horse to love and do some light riding - which is the perfect situation for him! His adopter rehomed him (following BEHS protocol) and he's happy with his new family.
BEHS Rex, aka Buddy, was much beloved by his adopted family. He was a trail horse, husband horse, and kids horse for the family and their friends. He crossed the Rainbow Bridge on January 20, 2023 and we send his family our sympathies.
Evaluation and Training
Rex was recently gelded (8/17) and his training will be evaluated once he's recovered from gelding.
