About Drifter's Revelry

Drifter’s Revelry was surrendered when his owner was investigated for neglect. He attended the 2013 Bluebonnet Horse Expo where he met his adopter. Congrats to Drifter's Revelry and his new family!

Evaluation and Training

Drifter's Revelry, also called DR, is sweet and easy to handle. He was pushy on the ground when he arrived, but his foster home has worked him through that (he may test a new handler). He stands for saddling and mounting. He knows how to move out under saddle, stop, and back. He spent a few days at the North Texas State Fair with Robert Liner's Spirit of the Horse show in August 2013 and did well with all the chaos of such an event! He also stands for fly spraying and knows how to wear a fly mask and blanket. His foster home says he's a bit bracey under saddle and appears green or rusty, but he's willing and tries and hasn't shown any interest in bucking or acting out under saddle at this time.
