About Lucille
Lucille came to BEHS from a neglect case in October 2013. She was in such bad shape when she was removed from her negligent owners that she almost did not make it. She did gain weight and turned into a gorgeous mare.
Her foster home fell in love with her and adopted her. They called her Lucy and she spent the last several years as a beloved pet and family member. Sadly, she crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Bluebonnet sends a huge thank you to her family for giving her a loving home - and we also want to send them our sympathy for losing their precious family member.
