About Vanessa
Vanessa was placed with BEHS when her owner could not care for her. She spent June-October with trainer Amanda Sonier to be started under saddle. She’s been ridden in several arenas and over trail obstacles while in training. She met her adopter in February 2016 – after he carefully looked at several available horses and picked her. We cannot wait to hear what they do together!
Evaluation and Training
Vanessa looks like an AQHA showhorse. She is big and well built and could do just about anything. She could excel in cow work, reining, or other disciplines if properly trained. She is a stunning girl.She spent June-October with trainer Amanda Sonier to be started under saddle. She's been ridden in several arenas and over trail obstacles while in training. Her trainer says she particularly loves being outside the arena, going new places and seeing new things. She should make someone a nice trail horse with additional training. She is still very green and will need an experienced adopter who can bring her along.
