About Lilly of the Valley
Lilly of the Valley was placed with Bluebonnet when her owners could no longer keep her. Lilly hadn't been handled much before coming to Bluebonnet, and she was enrolled in the professional division of the Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Trianing Challenge where she placed 6th. She met her adopter at the event. Congrats Amy N!
Evaluation and Training
Lilly of the Valley was not broke to ride when she arrived at Bluebonnet. She has spent June-October 2017 with trainer Camille Yoder to get started under saddle and prepare for the Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge. Camille has ridden her both English and western. They've ridden on trails and around cattle. Camille has started Lilly jumping.Camille feels that with more training, Lilly could excel in endurance or dressage. She's smart and learns quickly. She can be a hotter horse, though, so she's not for a timid or novice rider.
