About Tap
Tap was placed with Bluebonnet when his owners were investigated for neglect. Tap was emaciated when he arrived but blossomed into a gorgeous horse. He was enrolled in the non-pro division of the Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge. His Challenge competitor fell in love with him and adopted him at the Challenge! He joins previously adopted Bluebonnet horse Keeva in his new home!
Evaluation and Training
Tap was handled recently by a trainer who said he is very good on the ground - knowing how to pivot, sidepass, yield his hindquarters and more. She feels he's likely broke to ride.
Tap spent four months being ridden by Liz Robertson to prepare for the Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge. She has been riding him in a round pen and field and over trail obstacles.
