About Atlanta
Atlanta was surrendered to BEHS when her owners were investigated for neglect. She gained weight slowly, but she did fully recover. She doesn’t appear to be broke to ride, and she has a severe overbite that causes her dental issues. Fortunately her adopter didn’t care about any of that! She fostered Atlanta and decided to give her a forever home. Congrats to Margaret and Atlanta!
Evaluation and Training
Atlanta may be able to be trained to ride in a bosal, rope halter or other bitless bridle. However her riders would need to have very gentle hands as she doesn't like pressure on her face. She does not appear to be broke to ride. She could be adopted as a companion/pet or for someone to train to ride in a bosal/hackamore.
