About Serafina
Serafina was removed from a negligent owner on Christmas Eve and awarded to the courts. She gained weight quickly with good food and blossomed into a gorgeous young horse. Serafina attended the 2018 Bluebonnet Horse Expo and met her new adopter at the Expo! Congrats to Serafina and her family!
Evaluation and Training
Serafina is well halter broke and leads well. She is very gentle to be around and wants to please. She attended a ground work, desensitization and obstacle clinic in February and did well. She's been working towards the Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge from July - October 2012, and she's now been started under saddle. She's learned to walk, trot, and canter - and she's learning to navigate many trail obstacles. She's going to make someone an excellent horse - and with her build she could be a cute lower-level dressage horse, hunter horse, or trail horse.
