About Finnegan
Finnegan was removed from a negligent home and placed with Bluebonnet by animal control. Finnegan was a shy guy who hadn't been treated well in his life. He moved into a foster home who worked with him - and fell in love. She adopted him and he joins BEHS Little Eddie in his new home!
