About Twilight Sparkle
Twilight Sparkle was surrendered to Bluebonnet when her owner was investigated for neglect. Twilight Sparkle grew into a beautiful mare and was enrolled with a 5 year old handler in the Non Pro In Hand division of the Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge. She did very well in a very competitive class and met her adopter at the Expo. Congrats to Maggie D!
Evaluation and Training
Twilight Sparkle leads and loads well. She's spending four months being handled and worked with by a child to prepare for the Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge. Her handler's mom says that Twilight Sparkle loves kids, but is still somewhat leery of adults. She is very willing, though, and a quick learner! She's been ridden about five times by a 5 year old in her foster home. She's not even green broke yet and she's not ready for a beginner child, but she definitely has the ability to be a nice riding pony with some more training.
