About All That Jazz

All That Jazz was removed from negligent owners by the SPCA of Texas and law enforcement. She was then transferred to Bluebonnet. She was adopted in 2017 but returned in 2019 when her adopter could not care for her. She placed 2nd in the in hand division of the 2019 Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge at the Bluebonnet Horse Expo and met his adopter. Congratulations All That Jazz!

Evaluation and Training

All That Jazz is just a young girl, but she is nicely halter trained. She leads and loads well, and she is easy to catch. Her foster home says she's friendly and curious. She's spent almost four months working with a foster home to prepare for the In Hand division of the Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge. She's learned basic ground work and how to navigate trail obstacles in hand. All That Jazz is not a good horse for a novice or timid handler as she is dominant and will test her limits. She is very smart and learns quickly - both good and bad behavior. However, she is a smart and athletic filly and would be great for a more experienced horse person who wants a horse to train. She could do almost anything with training!
