Sally was removed from a negligent owner in a co-operative effort between BEHS and local law enforcement. She and her eighteen other pasture-mates had gone without food or water for days. When Sally arrived at her foster home, she was leery of humans and disliked being handled. She was adopted and then returned a month ago when her adopter got sick. Her new foster home immediately fell in love and never wanted her to leave their place. She fit right into the family and their hearts. Sally has a safe place to once again enjoy life. And a family of her own!
