Chloe and two pasture-mates were surrendered to law enforcement when her owner was investigated for neglect. Chloe was very underweight - but she was still pushy and opinionated! While at her foster home, she re-learned ground manners, filled out and became a great horse to be around. She was adopted in 2007 and readopted in 2010 at the Expo to be a riding horse and part-time therapy horse at a hippotherapy program.

Chloe crossed the rainbow bridge due to colic in August 2021. Our hearts go out to Chloe's adopter and we share in the sadness of losing such a great mare.
