About JC
JC’s dam, Katrina, was removed from negligent owners by a combined effort between BEHS, Ar-Tex rescue and sheriff’s deputies. She was pregnant when she arrived at BEHS and gave birth to JC after a while. Their foster home decided to adopt both mom and baby and give them a home for life.
