Evaluation and Training

Fender hopped right in the trailer, no issues loading. He settled in very quickly with the foster's other horses and surprisingly, is actually a pretty easy keeper. He has done very well with basic skills. He has been saddled and bridled with no issues. He will pick up all 4 feet without issues. My farrier trimmed his feet last week with ZERO issues - so good!

Fender and his trainer are working on lateral flexions, hindquarter yields, and bending to a stop while mounted and then into trotting. He went to an in-hand groundwork clinic and did great. He was very mildly nervous to start which manifested itself as just him wanting to move (at a walk), but absolutely no spooking, bolting, etc. His trainer thinks he would make a fantastic horse for anyone looking for a solid, dependable partner to ride English or Western.
