The Bluebonnet Horse Expo and Rescue Horse Training Challenge is back – on October 16 at the Williamson County Expo Center in Taylor, Texas.

If you haven’t been to the Expo before, it is a wonderful day of learning, horses, shopping, horses, and fun!  Not only is it a great education event with clinics and demos by great Texas equine professionals like Julie Battenfield, Michael Battenfield, Jodi Brassard, Lyndsay Burer, Aaron England, Jack Lieser, Dr. Natalie Lord, and others, but it is a fundraiser for the horses of Bluebonnet Equine Humane Society.  When you attend, sponsor the event, become a vendor, or shop at the event, you’ll be helping needy horses get a second chance at an amazing life.

There will be shopping in the vendor area, at the tack sale (to benefit Bluebonnet), silent auction, art show and auction, and in the live auction, which is mostly saddles.

You can also watch the Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge and may even adopt your own rescue horse. You can visit the list of horses who are competing in the Challenge here. Read more about adoption.

We still need vendors and sponsors for the event. Vendor spaces are just $60 each and will be in a climate controlled vendor area.  Learn more or sign up to become a vendor.

Sponsors are generous people and companies who help make the event possible, covering the costs of the event and its promotion, so that every penny raised during the event can be used to help more horses.  Sponsorships start at just $25 and include tickets to the event, advertising opportunities, and more, depending on the sponsorship level.  Learn about the sponsorship levels and sign up to be a sponsor.

If you would like to support the horses of Bluebonnet and the Bluebonnet Horse Expo but don’t wish to be a sponsor, you can also make a donation.
