Download printable Barn Pre-Approval Form here.

This form is for owners or managers of boarding barns who would like to get pre-approved for foster homes and adopters who might like to board with them. Pre-approved boarding barns do not need to become members (although we appreciate those who do!). Once pre-approved, your facility will be added to the list of pre-approved barns on our website. Adopters or foster homes will still need to apply to foster or adopt, but they will not need to complete a self-inspection.
