AmplifyAustin is a 24 hour period of fundraising for organizations that work in Austin/central Texas. We always participate, and this year’s drive is more important than ever since we’re not having a spring Challenge/event. AmplifyAustin spends all year finding sponsors and matching donations. They then divide that up amongst participating nonprofits, based on much each nonprofit raises. So, the more we raise during AmplifyAustin, the more we’ll also get matched by the AmplifyAustin people. So it is an awesome way to make your donations go further.
