Patrick was abandoned by his owners. When law enforcement couldn't locate his owners, they placed him with Bluebonnet.

Nothing is known of Patrick's history before coming to Bluebonnet. His foster home has worked with him on the ground and he is doing well, and he will soon be evaluated by a trainer to see what he knows.
