About Harriet
Harriet was placed with Bluebonnet when her owner could not keep her. She was enrolled in the Spring 2021 Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge but was withdrawn when her trainer was unable to compete.
Evaluation and Training
Harriet was very pushy and disrespectful when she arrived. Her Training Challenge trainer worked with her on that, got her used to working around other horses, and got her carrying a saddle. She HAS NOT been ridden and will need more ground work before being started under saddle.
If she is not adopted by late May (2021), she will likely be enrolled in the Fall 2021 Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge and be started under saddle there. Her fee will go up as she receives more training.
