Evaluation and Training

Bailey’s Prairie either hadn’t been handled much or hadn’t been handled in a long time when she arrived at Bluebonnet.

Bailey is very sweet, enjoys attention, but is a nibbler. Her foster home has been working with her in a corral, and she knows basic lunging and ties ok, although her home has not hard tied her. She will load if you back the trailer up to the corral. She is leading and has worn a bit once. Her foster home thinks she’s really ready for a training partner who can take her further.

Bailey's Prairie is learning a lot now that it is getting ready for the training Challenge. She loves baths now and will stand for farrier with reassurance. Bailey's Prairie has even been started under saddle. She has been introduced to cattle and ground jumps.
