Personality & Manners:
- Very personable donkey! He loves petting and attention and will be the first to the fence to greet newcomers
- Leads well – aside from a little balkiness when nervous
- Gets pushy and may nibble fingers if fed treats from your hand, so it is best to limit treats and put them into a bucket
- Has been around a preteen and enjoyed her petting but should be supervised around children
- He has been turned out with a smaller pony and done fine. He’s also been pastured with a mare in the past and been fine
- Does fine in a stall or paddock

Training & Abilities:
- Easy to catch and halter
- Walks politely with his handler
- Not sound to ride or drive
- Loves interacting with people so he could be trained to do tricks and would probably enjoy the interaction

Care:
- Has foundered in the past so much be kept on a dry lot or wear a muzzle if out on pasture. Should not be out on lush pasture even with muzzle.
- Is currently on ½ tablet of Prascend for Cushings. Will eat his pill with his food, so it's easy to administer.
- Wears hooves down on a dry lot so only needs periodically trimming
- Fed primarily hay with a few handfuls of Senior feed so he doesn’t complain when others are fed

Why He’s Amazing:
Momoa is one of the nicest donkeys you’ll ever meet. He loves attention, is great to handle, and is happy out with horses or ponies. He loves attention and wins over every visitor to his current home. Whoever adopts him will be incredibly lucky!
