About Outlaw
Outlaw came from a neglect case involving several horses, and he was severely emaciated when he arrived. His owner stated he used to trail ride Outlaw, and his foster home discovered he was broke but rusty under saddle. He starred at the Texarkana Horse Fest and found his adopter there.
