About Galan
Galan's owner surrendered her when law enforcement began investigating him. Unfortunately help came too late for Galan. Although she made the move to the foster home ok, she went down the following day and could not rise. Her foster "mom" gave her a good meal and sent her across the Rainbow Bridge with a full belly and surrounded by love.
