About Wonky
Wonky Donkey's dam was found estray, and when her owner wasn't located she was placed with BEHS. She was obviously very pregnant at the time, but we had no idea who the sire was. A month or so later, her foster home discovered Wonky Donkey! He's been much loved in his life and received great care. He moved to a new foster home as a yearling donkey, and that home fell in love with him. They decided to adopt him.
Wonky returned to the rescue in 2021 due his adopter's life situation changing.
