About Jasmine
Jasmine, her dam Kalseru, and several other horses we removed from negligent owners and placed with BEHS by the courts. Jasmine wasn't halter broke when she arrived, but she learned to trust people. She competed in the 2012 Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge in the Foster Horse in Hand division and took 6th. Sadly she crossed the rainbow bridge shortly afterwards due to a tragic accident. Everyone who knew Jasmine will miss her.
Evaluation and Training
Although Jasmine was not halter broke when she arrived, she's learned to wear a halter, lead and load into a trailer. She's a young girl but could be trained to do just about anything when she's older.
Jasmine is competing in the 2012 Bluebonnet Rescue Horse Training Challenge on October 20, 2012 at the Bluebonnet Horse Expo in Austin, Texas. She will not be available for adoption until the day of the Expo.
