About Blackberry Princess
Blackberry Princess' dam came to BEHS from a neglect case. She was pregnant when she arrived. Blackberry Princess was raised in a foster home with great care, and she attended the 2012 Bluebonnet Horse Expo. A potential adopter saw her, fell in love, and decided to adopt her!
Evaluation and Training
Blackberry Princess is skilled at being adorable! She will stand for grooming, feet, etc. and although she's still leery of being caught, she doesn't kick, bite, etc. Her foster home has been working with her on leading and says she could use more work but she's learning.
Her foster home says she thinks that BlackBerry would be a great horse for 4-H, and has the potential for cutting, pleasure riding, roping, etc. She is a nice mover, and turns on a dime, and has quite a nice quarter horse rear and muscles.
