About Miss Trinket

Miss Trinket was removed from negligent owners and placed with BEHS. She was only in her foster home a few months and her rehabilitation had gone great. A facility that uses horses in therapy for children with autism and their families applied to adopt, and quickly took Miss Trinket home. She served in their program for nearly over years before being returned because they changed the direction of their program. Miss Trinket and Bobbin were re-adopted a few months after they arrived and will be family pets!

Evaluation and Training

When Miss Trinket arrived, her hooves were horribly overgrown. She is on a proper hoof care regimen now and is doing well. Her foster home says she's very sweet and docile. She spent four years serving in a therapy program that works with autistic children, so she has been handled extensively on the ground. We don't recommend riding miniature horses, but she could be trained to drive and would be a cute driving mini!
