About Rustler
Rustler was surrendered to Bluebonnet when his owner was investigated for neglect. Once he was rehabilitated, we discovered that Rustler was nicely trained to ride. He was quickly adopted as a lesson and husband horse and joins Shamrock Luck and Napoleon in his new home. Her was rehomed (per Bluebonnets rehoming procedure) to a new home in 2018. We're excited to hear how he and Ashley do together!
Evaluation and Training
Rustler's foster home has been working with him. He stands tied and for trimming. He's good to lead and load, and he stands well for saddling. His foster home has ridden him and says he is great under saddle. He walks, jogs, and lopes well. He stops, back, and neck reins. He should make someone a nice trail, pleasure, or working horse.
