About Phoebe
Phoebe was removed from a negligent owner and placed with Bluebonnet by animal control. She is a shy donkey who began warming up in her foster home. She stole their hearts and they decided to make her a permanent addition to their donkey herd!
Evaluation and Training
Phoebe is a very calm donkey, but she is shy with people. She would be a great companion/pet or could be trained to do most anything with time and patience.
