Bluebonnet HelpAHorse
SPRING TRAINING CHALLENGE AND ADOPTION EVENT
POSTPONED TO JUNE 13th, 2020
Salt Creek Arena, Boyd, TX
Events start at 9:00am
Admission: Voluntary donation
In 2018, we held our first open horse show at the Jim A Dee Ranch in Sanger. While the show was small, it was a lot of fun and a big success – we raised money to help needy horses and two horses (Fayhan and Sundae) were adopted!
The 2019 event was even better. 15 of our horses were adopted into loving homes. The Challenge is an event in which professional trainers and non-pros work with a Bluebonnet Equine Humane Society horse for four months and then compete against each other for prize money. The horses get training and then go up for adoption at the event!
We hope you’ll join us for this amazing event – the proceeds will support the horses of Bluebonnet Equine Humane Society! This year, we’ll have over 30 horses competing in the Challenge and available for adoption, a silent auction, tack sale, vendor area, and more.
We still need vendors, sponsors, and tack and silent auction donations. Email us to arrange to make a tack or silent auction donation and with any questions about becoming a vendor or sponsor.
